Dilution Overview

• This is a 5× concentrated reagent.
• R1 concentrate (50 ml) diluted to final volume 3.34 L with deionized water.
• R2 concentrate (25 ml) diluted to final volume 1.67 L with deionized water.
• Simple steps: Pour concentrate into clean container; rinse original bottle multiple times with deionized water and add rinses; adjust pH if needed; add deionized water to final weight/volume; filter with 0.22 μm membrane.
